1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
Syndasis (hereinafter "Company") processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed is not used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, we will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Service provision: Contract fulfillment for service provision and fee settlement
- Inquiry processing: Response and handling of customer inquiries
- Marketing and advertising: New service development, customized service provision, events and promotional information
2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or the period of retention and use of personal information agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject.

The Company entrusts personal information processing tasks as follows for smooth personal information processing.

- Entrusted tasks: Server operation and management
- Entrustment period: Service provision period
6. Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and How to Exercise Them
Information subjects may exercise the following rights.
- Request for access to personal information
- Request for correction in case of errors

- Request for suspension of processing
The exercise of the above rights can be made to the Company through written documents, e-mail, etc., and the Company will take action without delay.
7. Destruction of Personal Information
The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period of personal information has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
8. Personal Information Protection Officer
The Company is responsible for overseeing personal information processing tasks and has designated a personal information protection officer as follows to handle complaints and damage relief related to personal information processing.
