Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Syndasis (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of services provided by the Company, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Service" means the RegTech platform and related services provided by the Company. ② "User" means a person who receives the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms. ③ "Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company, continuously receives information from the Company, and can continuously use the services provided by the Company.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

① The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the service so that users can easily know them. ② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate related laws and regulations if necessary. ③ When the Company amends the Terms, it shall notify the application date and reason for amendment together with the current Terms on the initial screen of the service from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

① The Company provides the following services. - RegTech platform services - Risk management solutions - Data analysis and reporting services - All other services that the Company additionally develops or provides to users through partnership agreements ② The Company may change the contents and provision date of the service, and will notify in advance when changed.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

① The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in cases where maintenance, replacement, and failure of information and communication equipment such as computers, or interruption of communication occurs. ② The Company is responsible for compensating for damages incurred by users or third parties due to temporary suspension of service provision due to the reasons in Paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if the Company proves that there was no intention or negligence.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

① Users must not engage in the following acts. - Registration of false information when applying or changing - Use of others' information - Change of information posted by the Company - Transmission or posting of information other than information specified by the Company (such as computer programs) - Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties - Acts that damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties or interfere with business - Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information contrary to public order and morals

Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)

① The Company collects the minimum information necessary for service provision when collecting users' personal information. ② The Company does not collect information necessary for purchase contract fulfillment in advance when registering as a member. ③ When the Company collects and uses users' personal information, it notifies the user of the purpose and obtains consent.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

① The Company is not responsible for service provision in cases where services cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure. ② The Company is not responsible for service use obstacles due to user's fault. ③ The Company is not responsible for the loss of profits expected by users through the use of services, and is not responsible for damages caused by materials obtained through other services.
